I'll do a copy paste as there's not much info and no pics. I think these are pretty much BMW 760 engines. Could make for an interesting lump, with a spare engine!!
(2) 2012-2014 Rolls-Royce V12 Engines
All aluminum
$2,500.00 for both

Not necessarily. There is a really limited market here and most people straight up refuse to work on very high end cars.
Think about it, if you had 2500 wtf would you do with them? Somehow who can afford a new rolls can get their car fixed, someone looking for a project drop in would much rather use something waaaay easier with parts availability. Who the hell would want these things?

Completely agree on the limited market.
On the other hand, unless you had all the modules to go with them, you're shafted. They're useless.
Plus the gearboxes as well, although I have no doubt that somewhere down the line someone will chime in with a dfifferent theory.
I can buy an older Roller here in the UK for under £4000.
If I thought I could retrofit one in, which I don't think is impossible, I quite possibly would.
It would be hugely expensive though, I hate to think what the cost of the engine harness alone is.
And the time to do it..................? Phew.

stevep10,, the way i look at it, if i can adapt a Chevy truck 700R4 to a Jag V12 , i would adapt a GM 4L80E to a BMW V12/ RR.
as i remember cost of parts was around $150. bucks.
altho the 80E TCM will be more money , but nowadays ,i go for the module that converts transmission to a 6 speed.
