Default Quebec Canada w/ a Nikon D5000 & Pentax K100

Some pictures my brother and I have taken with a Nikon D5000 and a Pentax K100 and post processed with Adobe Lightroom

#1 is the Ice Hotel in Quebec (actually this one was taken with a cheap sony point and shoot camera)


#2 is montmorency falls outside of quebec city


#3 is Quebec City

For some reason the forum wont let me upload anymore pictures

I see you found the photography section, good for you!

2nd one makes me dizzy, and I feel like I should lean to the right to compensate for the perspective

the 3rd is nice, your processing style is apparent in the colors in the building rooftops and horizon. Me personally, I'm more of a 'natural', as you see it, type of processor...maybe a bit heavy on the contrast, but that's about it.

We already talked camera bodies earlier, and gear...if you get a chance, try some good glass on that same body and see the results improve even more.
