Anyone interested in buying a xk8 with 40k original miles with a broken timing chain?

It is a silver convertible with black top. I have dumped a few grand into the top hydraulics tires brakes and have tow new front struts waiting to be installed. The issue is my wife was on the highway when the top chain tensioner failed. She pulled to the side and had it towed. When I pulled the driver's side cam cover off the exhaust cam chain had broken. This car was originally owned by my father in his mid 80's then passed. It had 27K on the clock when I inherited it. The body is an 8 out of 10 and no rust, It has always been garaged kept.
