2003 Jaguar S-Type R V8 4.2L S/C
Helping out a friend on this one...

New Oil cooler 400 miles ago
THE BAD:
The engine has a knock, not sure what it is, it just started and car was immediately parked & towed to my local shop. They diagnosed the knock as a spun rod bearing. The engine still turns on and idles fine, I have not driven it since the diagnoses.
Looking to either sell this car outright at $5500 obo
or
Willing to trade + cash towards an e46 m3
