I am parting out a rather rotted 77 XJ6L.
Think like this:
Everything from the bumpers down is rotted off the car.
However, the bright work, the doors, many interior and electrical parts are in great shape. The boot lid and bonnet are in good shape, no rust on the boot lid or the boot hinges. Bonnet has just a small spot of rust.
Seats are blue and worn front, pretty much dry rotted down to the foam in the rear. Door panels are good. Rims are the one piece chrome w/a hub cap, with the black painted slots. They are in solid shape and will need the paint touched up and some Coke and tinfoil to bring the chrome back.
Motor hasn't run in at least 5 years but turns easily.
If you need it, just ask, I may have it in good used shape.
