I bought this from a shister on Ebay he told me it was for an XJR but it was an XJ8. I was going to have my upholstery guy replace my front seat bottom with one insert and keep the other leather for the back when needed. This is flawless and like the day it came out of the factory. No marks(except for where the passenger seat belt sits in the seat) and no oils or smells, looks and feels brand new. Replace your entire back seat that has become brittle or replace a front seat section. It takes all of 30 minutes to remove and replace the rear seat cover but your upholstery man would have to sew in a section for your other seats, if so desired. 100.00 plus 15.00 shipping I priced this 2,500.00 new and you cant get the correct texture or color from aftermarket leather. For years 04-07 without the roushing. Possibly up until 09 on the base XJ models but not sure about the sew pattern. Still can be roushed if needed.
