I'm looking for a good home for my '76 XJ12C because of impending out-of-state move. Unfortunately, circumstances are making it necessary to sell the car.

The engine and transmission are out of the car. There's a rusty panel below the brake booster (to the right of the driver's right foot) that needs attention. Otherwise, the car is solid and doesn't suffer from the usual rot that can make them uneconomical to repair. That's the bad news.

The good news is that the heads have been machined, the injectors have been ultrasonically cleaned and balanced, the rear subframe has been overhauled (brakes, diff bearings, seals, etc.) and the car ran and drove before I started taking it apart.

The interior is in good condition, though the headliner needs some attention. I have all parts that came off the car, plus at least $2000 in new parts, including some optional upgrades such as an electric cooling fan and GM alternator.

The car is located in Virginia and I'm asking $2500.
