Just bought a 2000 xjr and all the speakers were blown and the heat doesn't work. I've replaced all the door speakers with polk audio dvi650s but I cant find a replacement for the subwoofer. All of the audio places have been no help so im either looking for a factory replacement or recommendations for an upgrade.
I also have a problem with no heat so I will be needing either a auxillary water pump or a heater valve. I have proper voltage to both and have taken the pump apart and the brushes are fine but I cant feel it working. I will be further testing this weekend.

Looks like I don't need the pump or valve, tested them both and they work.
