I have a drivers side taillamp from a 03 STR available. It is in very nice condtion, no cracks, scraps or dings..all three of the mounting tabs and pins are intact. It will fit a standard S type but the R's have a different bezel in the backup lamp. The standard S type lamp is readily available for about $175.00 on Ebay. A few days ago the only one for an STR I could find was at Calif recycle yard for $400 and had no hint of its condtion.
This came from my own STR. I will have pictures in a day or two and thought to offer it to the forum before it goes on Ebay.
I will ship it to you for $250.00 plus shipping from Nashville, Tn

Not to rain on your parade but I got a brand new tail light for my 2005 STR for under $200 from Nalley Jaguar. Dan really treats us good !!

Obviously a $200 OEM replacement is news to me. My earlier post produced a single, damaged unit and several comments about these were near unobtainable. The local Jag wanted $300+ and was not too sure that a OEM unit was available. A calif salvage operator wanted $400 of unceratin condition. I phoned Nalley, among others, and got a recording and probably left a message. Not their issue but I dont recall haveing a conversation with them.
So I will post this for $200 shipped and take it to Ebay in a few days.
Now to address the recent limp home occurance.
