Fairly original 1983 Jaguar XJ-S Sport Coupe. This is 2-owner XJS V12 model, with 88K ORIGINAL miles. Fully loaded as usual. The Body is clean, very straight RUST FREE coupe, as it should be with any well cared for California car.
Car is clean and very solid. It starts immediately, fuel injection idles perfect, runs and drives well. No overheating, pinging, knocking or any mechanical issues.

TH400 Automatic transmission shifts well into all forward and reverse gears, without any slippage, grinding or chatter. NO rearend noises.
Interior is in better than average shape. A couple of cuts to driver's seat. Passenger and rear seats are fine. Rest of leather is in good condition.
Dash is PERFECT. Headliner in nice and clean, not sagging. Both Power windows and power mirrors work. Power locks work.


Body is very straight, with no dents. One dimple on rear corner of roof, and the usual dings of its age. Chassis, floorboards, doors, door sills, fenders, quarter panels, engine area, trunk, trunk floor and running boards are completely RUST FREE.

Finish is still clean and shinny. Nice FITTIPALDI alloy wheels with nice radial tires ( about 80% thread or better). It also has a $500 MOMO sport steering wheel.
