Do you definitely need the entire headlight assembly? The lens and reflector assembly is available separately for about $175 new online.

Can you just get the reflector Left side?

No the reflector is not sold separately. A couple have people removed the lens, used chrome spray paint and then reglued the lens. Personally I would not recommend it, but it is a budget approach that might look OK for a while if done carefully.
