if anyone ever needs one of these sensors here is the ford part. There are 3 of them on the 03 to 08 s types. They are all the same. One for driver side. One for passenger and one directly for evap. I read on jaguarclimatecontrol about what they do and how to test. I had one test marginal. Took it out to verify number and found it on rockauto under 06 lincoln LS. 25 bucks. Jaguar lists for 175 i think. If available. A faulty one can affect evap and also driver or passenger outlet vent temp from what i read. Maybe this will help someone with a weird hvac problem
