Can I use regular oil in my 2003 Jaguar S Type?

what do you mean by regular? i drive an '03 S Type. The manual suggests 5W30 and that is what I use.

I mean as opposed to using synthetic oil. I want to get away from using synthetic oil?

Ahh, yes I do not use synthetic oils. I go with Jaguar specs to start. if you look under the hood there will be sticker with some specs for you to follow including the kind of oil and number of quarts.

There is no requirement to use synthetic oil in your car. Chose the viscosity as recommend in the owners manual.
