I have about 90k miles is my car still worth modding and is it safe still with all the miles but if not what can I replace to preserve engine life

If you are the original owner and have regularly serviced the car, changed the oil, and you haven't driven the car hard during its life, then it can handle some mods.

If you are the second or third owner, and do not know its service history and/or how had it hase been driven over the years, then I would say at 90K miles doing mods will be more risky.

Others will chime in with what you can do to spruce up the engine.

Depends on what parts you've thinking of upgrading. Most are not worth the effort.

I would do the maintenance first and then put a few thousand miles on the car to make sure it's reliable in stock form. Transmission service is a big one.

As was posted there is not very much out there for mods. Maybe some loud mufflers so it sounds fast?
