Default 2003 S-type 4.2 OE Wheel and Straightening Question

Two related questions:

1) Can anyone help me identify this OE wheel with Part Number?

2)
Is straightening safe? One of my wheels needs straightened from a pothole surprise. I have read a variety of articles on the Pro's and Con's of straightening aluminum alloy wheels but it is difficult to sort the sales hype from fact. The other three rims are in almost pristine condition and unless I have to, I do not want to replace all 4 to get them to look alike.
