I drive a 4.2 litre V8 and it is so quiet. I want more of a grumble loud tone to it. And I'm curious what a good set of mufflers would be. I'm looking into borlas and mainly Manga flow mufflers. I don't really know how to select one that will fit my car. I know I want a high flow one. Please help? I have a dual exhaust system if that helps

 

I would recommend the mina catback, because it is a direct fit and you can always sell it when you sell your car. otherwise the magnaflow muffler in my signature should work with the help of an exhaust shop.

 

I recommend catback system too. It so much easier to fit, and stainless system lasts almost "forever". I fitted british made Milltek to my S-type.

I have made some XKR:s louder by just replacing both rear silencers with straight pipes. But it doesn't sound as nice, imo.
