You can have my gasket.
I purchased this gasket (new OEM replacement) and many other OEM gaskets as suggested for the job when I pulled my SC and changed my coolant hose this summer.
My original gasket feels and looks like new. Let me know if you want it and I'll ship it.
Let's keep the good Jag karma going

Thanks for the offer 1320 racer. I definately appreciate it.
I ended up going this morning to the jag dealer after calling Jaguar of Greensboro. They ended up matching the price and had it in stock. I got it for $53 after tax.
I ended up swapping it out after work and it took about an hour. I had to take the intake tube off, take the 4 bolts off the intercooler gaskets, and then take the 4 bolts off the y piece.
I'll post some pictures soon of my old gasket. The gasket is a metal piece surrounded with rubber. On mine the rubber had pulled away from the metal. It was partially torn.
On a different note, the msrp on the gasket back east was $57. Out here on the west coast(newport beach) it was $79. It's crazy how the pricing varies by market. On anything serious from now on I'm shipping the parts in....

I put a couple miles on the car. On the second startup, the check engine light went out and no signs of the restricted performance light. Also, I was starting to hear a whooshing sound around the fire wall at partial throttle for the 2 months prior to the complete part failure. From what I can tell so far, it may have been related to the failing gasket. Maybe it's time to go back to the track once it cools down!

Great find and fix!
There is a small vacuum line that runs from the top of that section to what appears to be a fuel pressure sensor connecting to the fuel rail. The line had a crack and pretty good leak. It acted the same as your car. I replaced the section of the line closest to the sensor and all has been working great since.
