Default 2007 S-Type audio lost

While driving, all of a sudden, no sound. In pulled over, shut down the car, then restarted. Still no sound. There is no sound in the radio, nav and the phone system has stooped working.
I checked the fuses I thought could be the issue, all were good. Just some quick background to when the sound quit. I had just got off a highway and stopped at the stop sign. As I turned left, all sound ceased. I am not sure if that info would help in narrowing down my issue.

Thanks to all in advance who may be able to help.

You posted an Intro a long time ago so I've moved your question from New Member Area - Intro a MUST to S-Type forum. Members here with the same model will be able to help.

This happens to me almost every time at a stop light with the pole mounted lasers. It even turns the clicking sound of my blinker off. Luckily it only lasts until the light changes. You may need to hook into a scanner to read the audio module. When I did with my solus pro it had set a couple codes but not hard codes. Sounds like you may have the same issue but with a hard fault code that may require a radio reset requiing your factory radio code that came with car

It could be an amp or fuse failure . But most probly a loose or wiggly D2p fiberoptic connector . There are many connections throughout the car but start with the easy ones in the boot/ trunk .

Thanks people for some insight. I will start in the boot and work forward. I will post if I find the issue. If I can not locate the issue I will be at the Jag dealer.

Default audio fixed

The issue was my CD changer, it died. I never really used it, but it was in the optic cable loop. So when it quit, all audio stopped. Thanks to all the replies
, I appreciate it.
