Default ABS Fault & GearBox Fault

Hello Jaguar Owners:

I currently have ABS Fault & Gearbox Fault ...I had the Vehicle scanned...I need a Rear Left Tone Ring and ABS Sensor...I think this is what messed up the Gearbox too...No Transmission Fluid Leaks....The car is drivable but I need to repair it soon....Please direct me on the best place to buy a Tone Ring and how to repair it...I hope I don't need to buy a new Axle Parts etc?? ...I assume someone on here had the same issue...All these Jag S-types have the same issues...Thanks Everyone.

The Codes:

P0701 (Transmission Control System / Range Performance
P0735 Gear 5 Incorrect Ratio
C1175 (Rear Left ABS Ring and Sensor)

I'd ignore the gearbox faults for now, if it gets bad info from the wheel sensor it's going to be upset.

You should inspect and clean the sensor and ring, check and clean the electrical connector and check for wiring faults before you start buying new parts.

As Norri has suggested, I’d first concentrate on the C1175 code. This thread may be of interest, the culprit was chaffed wiring:

Edit: in this thread, a new wheel speed sensor was the fix:

Also, please consider the battery condition, both overall health and state of charge:
