Yup, Another rim and tire thread. You should search the forum for tire size and offsets. There is a lot already posted.

In considering rim size, you need to consider that all of the S-types are designed to have roughly a 25.7" tire diameter. As you increase rim size, the profile of the tire has to decrease in order to match the tire size. On 20" rims, you will have to run, at most, a 30 profile tire. but more likely have to go with 25 profile.
Remember that the lower the tire sidewall profile the stiffer the tire and roadfeel feedback, plus you have to be more and more careful that you don't hit pot holes or curbs because it becomes really easy to damage the rim.

From my perspective, going with 20 inch rims is too big. To me, 19" fits the car better looks wise. (Other forum member who run 20's can chime in.) Regarding how the car handles, you do need to match the rims, tire size and width to what works best with the car's suspension, otherwise handling can suffer.

I don't have a problem running 19" however; when it come to 19" tire the're hard to find, and they cost more when buying brand new. I'm more concern in regarding the offset off rim and also makeing sure the there not rubbing . i just wish someone created a thread for rims that would say if you have 20", 19" or 18 you need to run a (this, this and this) and you won't have any rubbing.

It's not quite as simple unless you stick to the standard overall sizes and any online tyre calculator helps you do that. Hardly anyone finds 20 acceptable let alone wise but every now and then someone doesn't want to hear that...
