Default Anyone know a where to source out MAF for STR 03' cheap?

Hey guys looks like my MAF finally took a dump, keep getting the code for it. I have found regular S type MAF which say they are compatible with STR;s is this true or are they just trying to fool us STR owners to purchasing them?
If anyone knows or has sourced out MAF sensors for the STRs please let me know,
Thanks.

I see that the OEM is a DENSO brand MAF thats equipped in our STRS but I'm sure those New are up there in price.

I had problems with my intake so I figured why not try the a new MAF sensor. I purchased Duralast Maf sensor from Autozone for $79. It was brand new and not refurbished, didn't require a core and according to their database it was for STR. After I swapped them, I immediately noticed loss of power and when flooring the car would only go to 4000 rpms and then would choke, the transmission would start hunting for gears.Never got a cel though. I put back stock one and everything would be back to normal. I was able to return it but I think the Duralast maf is probably for a NA 4.2 although the connector was identical. Now the Cardone rebuilt unit, that requires a core, is probably the right one but its like $159 at AutoZone. Luckily I found my leak, so after cleaning my Maf sensor I was able to keep it.
