I just acquired a 2005 S-Type 3.0 and I’m starting to love the car; even though it’s my first 3.0. I have had a 2002 S-Type 4.0 and currently have a 2004 S-Type 4.2 and a 2005 S-Type 4.2 VDP. The 2005 S-Type 3.0 has a bad turn signal that will require replacing, whenever you’re turning right the high beams come on until you complete the turn. My dilemma is that it looks like one of the previous owners disabled the auto leveling feature on the Xenon lights to keep it from blinding oncoming cars, once the turn signal has been replaced I would like to re-enable that feature because the headlights are pointed to low and the faded lines will disappear on the highway. Any ideas what might have been done to disable that feature?
