It is the part at the end of the fuel rail with an electric connector and a vacuum nipple. I have JTIS . It says to depressurize fuel system then explains how to use special Jaguar tool. Is there a way to do this without jag tool?

This is picture of the replacement part. I am having a hard time finding. It has a ford part number but is 169 on ebay.

Where is that part located? I don't seem to remember it anywhere on a 2003 nor 2005.
