a/c hot and cold

a/c hot and cold

I have a 2003 s-type my a/c is blowing hot air om the driver and passanger vents and cold air on the middle vents, i usualy have the a/c temp. set at 65 deg. Does anybody know what could be causing this ?

Did you ever get an answer on this? I seem to be having the same problem. If i stop, turn off the engine, let it set for about 30 seconds, it will "reset" and run properly. Hope someone has an explanation. Thanks

Do a search for A/C in the Forum. There are a great many posts that describe common issues with the climate control system. Sounds like you have the "common" control valve issue.
