Default A/C issues

I am well aware of the DCCV issues that plague the S-Type. My problem is that the center vents will blow cold-ish air (65-75) while the side vents and the rear vent from the console blows hot (145-160+) air. This is when the outside temp is 82-85 and the thermostat is set to LO.

Would this be a DCCV issue, CCM or possibly compressor (unlikely) or a mixture of issues? I have not checked the vents under the seats, but my guess would be 145+ temperatures. What would cause the middle to blow cooler anyway?

I've already done it all for you! Sounds like internal failure of the DCCV to me:
