A/C Line
The ac line that is under the car that hooks into the compressor and going has the low pressure port is split in half. I bought a replacement part but does anyone know how to replace it? 2005 Jaguar STR
The compressor manifold has both high and low pressure hoses. The high pressure hose connects to the condenser and the low pressure hose connects to the return line from the evaporator.
On many cars, the low pressure line has a 'quick-connect' union joining the hose from the evaporator to the one from the compressor.
Is this the information you're looking for?

Unfortunately I don't have any drawings or step-by-step instructions for replacing the low pressure line to the compressor.
