Default can anybody help

Hi all I have a 2003 2.5 auto S-type with the engine management light on and my friends read the code and cleared it but came back on and it said its the fuel pump relay 2, we tried swapping out the relay in the trunk fuse box but that didn't help ,has anyone come across this fault or know the position of this relay thanks for any help, another problem with the car is the passenger side air vents are blowing hot air and cant seem to change it again any insight would be gratefully accepted I have just got the car from my father inlaw

Owners manuals sometimes show relays. Fuse box covers sometimes specify relays.
If you have separate driver/passenger climate control, you have bad passenger side blend door or bad blend door motor. Sometimes motors are easy to rich and replace.

With the S it's more likely to be the DCCV and/or the CCM for the heat both are very well documented on the forum.
