Check Your Two ZF Cable Bolts....
Just a gentle reminder to take your 8mm box wrench with you and snug up your two ZF cable bolts any time you are underneath your S-Type. It only requires 60 seconds or so....
Just did the 72,000-mile service on our S-Type this morning. Since my last service 6,000 miles ago (in late November 2011), the two bolts had loosened up not quite a quarter-turn. Nothing monumental, but everything is cumulative. So do yourself a favor and snug up your bolts before winter gets here....
