The general consensus seems to be that to have a chance at truly eliminating the Limp Mode issue once it strikes you, the throttle body must be replaced. Had this done under the factory warranty by our local dealer last week after limp mode bit my wife. We've put about 250 miles on the car since throttle body replacement and so far, no issues....
