Default Cold Footwell

I have a 2006 V6 Petrol S Type RHD
with yesterdays cold snap I noticed there is no heat at either footwell.
I got real grief last night from SWMBO.
The heat is getting to the windscreen and the facia vents but just not to the footwell.
The Re-Circulate switch causes a change in fan noise so I think thats working.
I can change from facia to footwell and the facia air flow stops and the fan noise gets louder.
The screen de-mist works.
I just cannot feel any air flow into the footwell.

Short term solution is sea-boot socks :-)

I just attached a code reader I bought.
It shows
DTC B1264 Foot servo motor circuit failure.

I guess that means I have to replace the Foot Servo Motor wherever that is ??

This seems to be a very rare problem on the forum. I don't remember anybody else having issues with the electric actuators that control the HVAC doors.

Wiring diagrams are here, the climate control is in section 6.1:

JagRepair.com - Jaguar Repair Information Resource

For some odd reason, that section is omitted from the 2006 wiring diagrams. Look at 2005, which is hopefully close enough. It shows all HVAC door actuators controlled by the common Air Conditioning Control Module, so it's not like each actuator has a separate fuse. That rules out the easy fix, so you're probably looking at a new actuator. I've no idea how what access is like.
