Hi guys.

I'm a raw newbie when it comes to S-Types. I'm trying to help my neighbor with his 2003 S-type 3.0

I'm having a heckuva time sorting through a quagmire of coolings system hoses and pipes. A picture speaks 1000 words.

There's a plastic tee/coupler/fitting which accepts a thermo/electric switch. It is seen sorta down low in the picure.

What is this part called and can I (or should I?) buy it separately?

A previous owner has it all cobbled up with (what looks like) fiberglass and resin...presumbly to mend a crack.

By Googling that part number I've uncovered lots of info.

Looks like it's sold only as a part of the hoses assembly.

I think I've answered my own question but any further input is welcome

You are right Doug that is sold as all one part normally.

The little plastic tank turret piece is notorious for snapping off if you look at it the wrong way.
