Default Cracked Tailight lens

Looks like someone used one of my taillights for a pellet gun target, I've got a nice star shaped crack in it. If I buy a new assembly off the dealer - how much of a problem is it to change it myself??

There are a few on ebay, and I believe you can access all you need to behind the carpet covering in the trunk. Should just be plug and play. Dont quote me on this though. DONT BUY FROM DEALER!

Thanks for the info. My car is an 06 S-Type VDP, and, the tail lights are a bit different from the R models. I emailed the outfit you suggested to see if they've got one. The local dealer wants $247 for a new one. I called Coventry West today, and, they quoted me about the same price.

Do you have to replace the whole tail light assembly or is it possible to replace the lens only?
