I'd say you're probably the only one on here that's ever pulled it apart..
I foolishly changed mine thinking that was the problem and threw the factory one away.
Turned out I only needed top the refrigerant up a bit...

This thread helped me out so much! Turns out I had my hoses plugged into the wrong ports on the valve after doing the timing chain tensioner job. Thanks for the info!

I can vouch the tensioners will not make a noise and will fail in a heartbeat. They did it too me and I was so lucky I shut the motor iff right away and saved my engine. I did the job with my brother in my carport and some ordered tools and parts. Took us like a week or so. She turned right over and has been purring ever since. And I drive her like she was ment too. And I am now battling the dccv valve issues installed a fresh new one and got heat but now the heat won't leave so I'm guessing I have another issue. I'll pull my board and have a look.
