My S Type Drivers seat won't go forward anymore it goes up and down and back a little but seems only to move forward on the drivers door side then stops!

Any ideas anyone??

Not to sound silly, but is there anything caught up in the tracks?

 

Problem sorted.....well nearly! After spending some time with my head jammed in the foot well I've discovered that the shafts which turn on the sides of the seat when the motor engages are loose.... The left hand side had become detached and so wasn't turning which was why only the door side of the seat was trying to move forward and the other side was stuck. So the reason has been found just need to get the seat out to fix permanently. Temp fix done and no more need for platform shoes!!!!
