Okay so long story short. Just got my car back from body shop. Whole car got painted. Front bumpers, lights and sensors all detached including the back. I just reinstalled my rear lights and when I use the left turn signal my blinker including the reverse lights light up but very dim? My right turn signal works fine? Any thoughts anyone?

 

Look for a ground that didn't get hooked back up, a problem with a terminal at that rear lamp or a bulb that got jumbled up in the process. Meaning a double element bulb got put in a single element spot or vice-versa.

Check all the fuses for the rear lights. that sounds symptomatic of a blown fuse for early s-types, don't know if the later ones are similar.
