Drooping headlights only half broken?
Is it normal to have one that moves a lot more than the other? I put screws in them and now they are pretty close to even. Im guessing that the one that doesn't move a whole lot is only half broken? lol
I have bought the repair kit on internet
Opening the headlights it's a very easy work
Changing the weak and broken items is a little more difficult
But at the end in 1 hour the job has been done and the headlight are properly working again
I have a 10 years old S typer R with Xenon self levelling headlights
the plastic pieces are weak and prone to failure, so changing them it's at the end a must
My headlights were falling down, I use the screw mod, but at the end I choose to substitute the broken pieces

AHHH so where is this repair kit? Ya I could probably google it but I am sure you have it saved somewhere lol

yes these one, but you have to choose the right one for your headlights, they are not the same
You have to tell him your right S type model and type of headlight and he sends you the right ones
I have bought fro him the headlight washer covers too, I have lost mine so many times that I am bored to go every time to jag dealer for replacements

remember to have a little torx screwdriver ( I dont' rember if 9 or 10) to unscrew the parts, they are hold up in place by little torx screws, dont't pull them only
the upper one ( that usually brakes) it is hold up in place by the rear teflon screw
The same for the lower
The part on the electric motor is hold up by the iittle torx
Ciao
