Having a problem that im hoping someone here can help me out with, we recently got a 2000 S-type 4.0 yay! BAD thing is that it has a broken timing chain and the previous owner sent it to a repair shop for a diag. etc. REALLY BAD thing, the repair shop for some reason decided that the engine was no good and thought that it would be a good idea to just throw away all the parts that they removed, so after hours of sittin in front of the engine with my Laptop and JTIS cd i have a pretty good idea of what is missing. Main problem is that they threw away the EVAP Purge Valve. My Cd shows that there is a purge valve and where it goes but (top right side of engine bay by the dynamic sensors) British Motirs can not find it we spent 10 min going over his computer and it is not listed in the emissions. it would not make sense to not have a purge valve to put the vapors back into the engine so does anyone know if it has a Purge Valve and if so possibly a Part Number or anything that i can give fthe parts guy to Cross Reference it. Also If anyone has pictures of there 4.0L Engine without the engine cover on, i would be very gratful. Thnks Guys
