Is there a better set of instructions for replacing the above part, JTIS is a bit unclear on the procedure, has anyone here done it??

The only difference to the JTIS procedure is that in fact there is no need to remove the window glass. The one screw that is blocked by the glass is accessible with the help of a torx bit fitted into an adjustable wrench from the side.

One more thing, you do not have to remove the window regulator, either, only one of the rails (the rear one).
