So my STR has this annoying rattle if im driving slow on gravel, also noticeable when I leave lets say a gas station when I pull out and go over the little hump before hitting the roads it makes the rattle noise.

Also have a small pop/clunk noise thats very faint when I take off from a complete stop, I have my 1 side motor mount replaced "Driver" and it still sounds like the driver side is making the POP noise. If I take off super slow I don't hear it. Everything seemed pretty much tight with a breaker bar under the car.

Any ideas? STR has 165k

 

Check sway bar bushings/end links.

 

Yes try that first.

They are easy to check. Unhook the sway bar from the end links then drive the car and see if the noise is still there. It's not common on the STR but you are at pretty high mileage so will see things the rest of us have not!
