Have you tried reseting the fuel inertia switch? On my 2k3 STR its in the drivers kick panel.

If you look at the plastics on the kick panel there is an opening with a red button and on the kick panel itself there is a gaspump marking.

ms_sanchez, maybe you should consider taking the vehicle to a dealership and have a compentent mechanic resolve your issues. Seems like you have tossed $350.00 (give or take) on parts and labor already. Stop throwing your money into what someone might think might be the problem (meaning a friend or lucky-U wrenchers). Some problems need hands on vehicle. Just my opinion.

Please report back what gets the vehicle back on the road.

Concur with Rick's suggestion. I would go to a Jaguar technician to get what seems to be several problems sorted out.

For future reference: the below link has electrical guides for various Jaguar models. Click on the desired link and you can save and then open up a pdf file.

ms sanchez, one or a few module failures or power loss (fuses, etc.) to one or two modules can cause what seems a plethora of malfunctions to other systems. Concur...off to a Jag tech you go.

Issue has been solved ! So what had happened is that the Rear Electronic Module went bad. I purchased the part from ebay and received it yesterday so we installed it and now all electrical is working perfect. Last one to use the car before this happened was my mom and my brother just told me she was trying to jump start her car with mines so she must've burned out the module.

The only thing that is bad right now is i think it smells alot like gas. Some people are telling me it might be because It hasnt been running for a while (I hope its just that). but also keeping in mind the 1st mechanic I hired had put a new fuel pump in the car and he put the pump directly and now that we put it "back to normal" it has a very strong smell of gas & when you hit the gas it also stalls like wanting to turn off but it doesnt. Any ideas on what this could be?
Im still not going to use the car untill I make sure its ok to drive. Thanks to everyone that helped me on here.

pull the back seat up and the cover over the passenger rear seat and see if he got the white lock ring on square. theyre a pain to get on squarely and if not youll leak fuel out the top of the tank. And ope he didnt crack one of the plastic lines in the tank bleeding off pressure

ok the car was checked no leaks found. and it doesnt smell strong like gas anymore. so the solution to my issue was just the Rear Electronic Module went bad. Now the cars running good like before thanks again for the help
