Unhappy Help . S TYPE running like a bag of nails

Hi all

great forum loving it

i have a 1999 Jaguar s type 4.0 V8 Auto

Shes Runing rough at idle and when at high speeds seems to loose power seems like fuel problems and the yellow check engine comes on now and a gain . i then put new spark plugs in and also coil plugs new air filter and she stills runs like a bag of nails

HELP

i have no code reader

i have checked the fuel pump and seems OK and then put a new fuel filter on . and still runs rough , and when driving power loss when i put me foot down ?!!!!
