Can someone please tell me where i can get 6000k hids that fit a jaguar s-type 2002 and how do i install them?

 

WELL, i bought mine here, the factory bulb is a D2S,

D2S Philips HID Bulb 85122C1

i bought 2 @ 6000k and they are perfect, nice bright white... no blue........

search on here for the HID replacement thread........you have to remove the front bumper cover..... seems/looks a lot harder than it really is... quite simple and anyone can do it with a few simple hand tools.....

 

The 2002 S-type 3.0 won't have the projector lens. Would need to retrofit a projector in the lens (will have to unglue the headlight and install a projector) in addition to doing the HID conversion - so don't think it's as straight forward - believe there is a thread on the process on forum.

 

OH, sounded like he just needed to change a HID bulb..... if he needs a complete HID conversion will that's a different story....

ive used DDM for a few retro hid kits also....all just plug and play,, but it will not be a hid projector setup, if that is what the op is after....it will be a hid bulb in a halogen designed light fixture.....
