I think my upper control arm bushings are wearing out. Does anyone know where I can get some Urethane bushings for my 2004 S-type Sport with S-type R suspension components.

Jaguar doesn't sell replacement bushings. The make you buy the entire control arm!! Can the bushings even be replaced?

 

I'm afraid you'll have to bite the bullet on this one, because the bushes are not available separately as far as I can see. There is a ball joint and two bushes on the assembly. You could try an internet search, but I haven't seen them on separate sale. Internet prices for the whole arm are a lot less than Jaguar prices.

It's a UK supplier but even just knowing they are available might help you.

My knowledge of S-Type could be written on the back of a postage stamp so apologies in advance if this is inapplicable to your vehicle spec.

What condition are the balljoints themselves?
As I see it you have two options:

If the Ball Joints are still good, you can get the bushings on Ebay (not polyurethane)
JAGUAR FRONT UPPER WISHBONE CONTROL ARM BUSH BUSHING | eBay

Otherwise, purchase the entire arm as the balljoints cannot be serviced. They are sealed. You can find the entire control arms for a rather good price on Ebay.
