Installed 6000k McCulloch HID Kit.

Just figured I'd let you guys know that I installed a McCulloch HID Kit I got off of ebay and it came out great! I got the 6000k kit and it is just what I wanted. Crystal white with just a hint of a purplish-blue color and it lights up the road much better than the OEM Halogen bulbs since my S-Type didn't come with the stock xenon kit. Installation is easy, the hardest part was removing the stupid plastic cover under the hood right above the headlight assembly and after that the only tough part was finding a good place to mount the ballasts.

I got the kit for $250 shipped to my door. I got them from a wholesaler on eBay.

I was thinking about installing that kit myself. How much would it cost to have it put in? Or would it just be better to get the Xenon lamps instaled?

it wud be better to have the xenons, but it wud still be good and a lot cheaper if u just get a HID kit. If you can find a pair of the xenons for a god price, id say go with that

I put it in myself with a friend so it didn't cost anything to put them in. So it is $250 shipped and they are the real thing. McCulloch 6000k's. I'll post some pics...
