Default Jaguar S- Type Unexpected Braking

I have a 2000 Jaguar S-Type. And about a month ago my car would start unexpectedly braking as if the car was hydroplaning or as if you were driving on snow, this was the dsc kicking in, but the problem is it does this when its dry as a whistle outside and out of no where, and when it goes thru this episode of braking and jerking, then i get a dsc fault code on my dash. Has anybody else had this issue? and what could be the problem?

I'd check for codes first, probably a an abs sensor is faulty or damaged reluctor ring.
