Jaguar S-Type/ WIpers Blow Fuses

I have a 2003 Jaguar S-Type that continualy blows the wiper fuse. Any suggestions on a fix?

goldenrule, My first thought is a worn wiper motor or binding wiper connector arm that's dragging; drawing amps beyond the fuse amp rating.
