Ok so no fuel at rail replaced crankshaft sensor twice squirted gas into intake car started. Then I remembered last time it drove I drove it somehow even though I did not do the parking brake reset the beeping drove me nuts but I was in a hurry so I kept driving. I think it thinks it was stolen and is blocking the fuel pump. Gonna put it back together do the brake reset and see it anything changes but I welcome any comments.

I think I know what Chime you mean and I can be very annoying!
It so happens that this week I coincidently seem to have resolved it by simply going into the test mode on your dashboard.
Press and hold the button on your dashboard navigator stick followed by turning your car key in position 2.

Wait until your dash display shows the test mode. That's all there is to it!
So, somehow this worked for me... I hope it does for you.
