Default left turn clunking at full lock

I seem to have developed a clunking when taking a slow left turn at full lock...like when pulling into a parking space. Anyone have any idea as to what to take a look at? Tie rods, ball joints, etc? The car is only 4 years old with 44k miles.

If it's of any interest, I just replaced my front rotors.

Check and make sure that all the wheel hardware is properly seated and tight.

While you have the wheels off, check all the bushings. Do a search here on bushings and you will see more than a couple posts where they have split and cracked.

When I have a chance to take the wheel back off I will.

The other night I changed the rear pads and rotors and replaced the front rotors (the front pads were just changed in the spring and the front rotors were turned...they ended up still causing a vibration so I simply swapped them out while doing the rears). I did not have the clunk before working on the car. Working on cars and "DIY'ing" is nothing new to me. I've done many sets of brakes over the years on the vehicles I own/owned.

As far as the fronts are concerned, I simply unbolted the caliper and used a c-clamp to push the piston back in a bit to get some extra clearance. I installed the new rotors and bolted the calipers back on.

As far as bushings...those are something I'm quite familiar with. My M3 needed quite a bit of suspension refreshment when I first got it. I just find it odd that the problem seems to have surfaced after only swapping out the rotors. *shrugs shoulders*

Also, which side should I be looking at? Both?
