Default needs help seatbelt chime and other stuff thanks

hi my seat belt chimes every 30 sec for 5 times and stops only if im on highway for like 10 mins then back into slower speed it goes off again also how do i reset my ecu from http://www.eurotekdesigns.com/main.htmli took the car to the track in my town drayway42 it only ran a 13.63 at 104mph i with a 2.07 60ft i was dissapointed maybe i need to lower the rear tire pressure? also whats the best front brake pad for my car thanks for any input...

The best brake pad is probably Akebono from reading on here. As for the mods, cant help you sorry. Maybe someone else can.

thanks alot i might just fix the brake pad get it tune at my local shop and the sell it how much do you thunk i should sell it for including over 10k in extras with 39k miles? i love my jag its gota be the sexiest car ive own but i want more power so im looking to get a amg thanks for your opinions good day.
