Please spend a few hours reading up on the common issues with S Types. Search this forum for a whole lot of information. Given the condition, unless it is a situation where you planned on doing a costly restoration you could be in for a money pit. Jags, like the all the other premium brands can be very costly to repair. The headlight issue for one can run you $1,000 if you sourced the headlamp assemblies used. Even more if you buy new. And remember, 93k is not that many miles for a six going on seven year old car. It has done an average of 13.2k to 15.5k per year so the condition is even of greater concern. If those have been 93k and six/seven years of hard neglected use, that particular car is a money pit waiting to happen. I have sold for money cars that had 200k plus in the past. The key is a well maintained and clean car. Any 100k car has it's risks, an abused or neglected one is not worth the consequential frustration.
